Delivery Information

Please ship to a location where you will be available to accept delivery during the business day.

We ship your order via UPS. Packages shipping to Alaska & Hawaii always ship 2-Day Air.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

We specialize in COLD PACK SHIPPING to ensure the freshness of your Koegel Meats on delivery. We use 100% made in the U.S.A. custom coolers & gel packs.

If you need a specific delivery day, please contact us.

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. This information will give you the estimated date of arrival. Generally, orders are delivered on Thursday or Friday depending on your delivery address.

Note: If you have a UPS account number that you would like to use, please call your order into us. There is a $7.50 charge for this service, and we are not responsible for any service interruptions, loss of package or damage to your package.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. NO REFUND

In the unlikely event that loss or damage occur on behalf of UPS, we will reship your order.
